7th International Bio-Ken Snake Bite Seminar - Watamu

The Bio-Ken Snake Farm's Seventh International Snakebite Seminar will be held at Turtle Bay Beach Club in Watamu, Kenya on Saturday 6th of November 2010, starting at 9am. The aims of this seminar are:

1.    To update information on snakebite in Africa.
2.    To review recently published WHO guidelines on Antivenom and snakebite management.
3.    To discuss development of new Antivenoms for Africa. 

Please note that you do not have to be in the medical profession to attend this seminar. Bio Ken encourages anyone who is interested in snakes as well as teachers, farmers, safari guides and hoteliers to attend. 

Their speakers include Professor David Warrell, of the University of Oxford and a cast of other enthusiastic snakebite Doctors and Herpetologists.
