President William Ruto has accepted recommendations put forth by the Police Reforms Taskforce proposing the introducti of two entry points as the primary requirement to join the National Police Service (NPS).
While accepting the recommendations, the Head of State agreed to have constable and cadet levels as entry points into the NPS.
The task force appointed late last year headed by former Chief Justice David Maraga presented its findings to the President at State House, Nairobi on Wednesday, October 4.
