BBS Mall: Largest Mall in East Africa Launches Construction & Real Estate Expo

Nairobi residents, Kenyans from across the country and foreigners are currently flocking to BBS Mall, the largest in East Africa, to enjoy offers from various shops ahead of the Construction and Real Estate expo.

With Eastleigh having set itself as a throbbing and leading trading hub in Kenya, the BBS Mall is offering customers and traders an opportunity to enjoy affordable offers and access untapped markets respectively.

According to Dalmar Abdi, the Chief Marketing and Communication Officer at BBS Mall, the expo, running from November 30 to December 2, will bring together customers, corporations, and traders under one roof, with the latter showcasing their products and services.

“We are pleased to invite you to cover the upcoming Construction and Real Estate expo, regarded as the most inclusive and innovative premier expo in East and Central Africa,” Abdi stated, adding that the expo will start from 10 am to 2 pm.

“This grand expo brings together major Real Estate stakeholders under one roof who will unveil transformative projects that are set to redefine the landscape of real estate, connecting with thousands of potential customers,” Abdi stated in a press release sent to Kenyans.co.ke

Abdi added that the expo holds immense potential for shaping the future of the Real Estate industry, especially after BBS Mall disrupted the trade industry.

The mall is the only one in Kenya with over 1,500 parking slots, ample security and a 24-hour water and electricity supply boosted by high-tech backup generators.

Customers also enjoy services from different suppliers, including electronics, fashion, and household goods, i.e. furniture and kitchen appliances.

BBS Mall has consolidated most of the traders in Eastleigh under one roof, from SMEs to small-scale businesses, over 10 banks, over 20 fast food chains and global restaurants, hospitals and cinema halls.

Plans are underway to offer more scale traders shops on the ground floor to ease their access once customers arrive from the parking lots. Shops can also be accessed via escalators, lifts and staircases.

Among the shops at BBS Mall include Optica, Goodlife Pharmacy, Cleanfax Laundry and Cleaners, Beyond Fruits, Healthy U, and Nairobi Securities Exchange-listed lender NCBA among others.

Others are Artcafe, Carrefour, Absa Bank, SBM, National Bank, KCB, Diamond Trust Bank (DTB), Nairobi Women’s Hospital, Arkam Dinner & Sweets and more.

The mall can easily be accessed from all major highways and bypasses in Nairobi, especially with its strategic location near Pumwani Maternity Hospital.
