The journalist remarked that during her six-month stint at TV 47, she had got the most out of it.
Talking about her quitting, she clarified that it has not been an easy move and each time it is always scary as one does not what the next or what the future holds.
“When you are used to one place it is like your home, you know the ropes and all the corners,” she stated.
“You know how things are moving to a new place, the butterflies are there and that there is all the stuff but you always pull through.”
On working again with the media stations she has ever worked with, Grace stated that she was open to anything and that each time she gets a new post in the role, the environment is always different.
Kuria has worked with five different media stations in her career that have seen her transverse from CGTN, and KTN to TV47. Other stations she has worked with include BBC and K24.
Additionally, Kuria’s colleague Tony Mwirigi also called it quits after four years and eight months just about the same time she did.
Mwirigi took to his socials thanking his colleagues and friends for their support throughout the years as hosted the Bomba La Sanaa show every Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
